Case Study: German National Tourist Board
In order to promote German tourism in China, ImpDigital has built a WeChat ecosystem for GNTB to facilitate the operation of 11 mini-programs between the National Tourism Administration and local tourism bureaus. Our goal is to make Mini Program be a personal travel guide for users while travelling. The Mini Program provides a full range of German tourism solutions, covers a playground scene which is familiar to Chinese tourists, and helps travelers explore German. The content of the project includes: Clear content structure, efficient presentation of massive travel information. A collection of practical information and tools to solve the necessary needs before, during and after the journey Enhancing user experience, making it easier to obtain information from mass content. New interactive gameplay for travel, exploring Germany map, clocking in GPS cities, seamlessly contacting locals, sharing travel notes at any time, etc., to experience Germany in many ways. Membership bonus points system brings more interaction and cooperation possibilities.
