Shanghai VeryStar is a Dentsu Group company with in-house technology development capabilities, and its tech team consists of 120 members. Under the Dentsu Group, VeryStar Interactive has developed the OmniRetail digital retail platform, which provides integrated systems and operations for retail brands undergoing digital transformation and e-commerce innovation. It connects to public-domain social and e-commerce platforms (such as Douyin, Ele.me, Meituan, Tmall, and JD.com), converting users from the public domain and retaining them in brands’ private domains. Its solutions include: Membership system: A dynamically configurable membership incentive rules engine, enabling the conversion of public-domain members into private-domain members. Omni-channel e-vouchers: In addition to private-domain member vouchers, it supports selling product vouchers and distributing coupons on public-domain platforms. Paid membership mechanism: Weekly passes, monthly passes, and other paid benefits that can be purchased to increase consumer repurchase frequency. Marketing automation (MA): Behavior tracking and data collection, MA, and personalized (“one-thousand individuals, one-thousand faces”) marketing capabilities, integrated end-to-end across mini programs and WeCom (Enterprise WeChat) scenarios. Modular design with combinable components: Modules can be split and recombined to be compatible with the complex IT environments of retail brands. Support for financial settlement in franchise retail models: Meets the need to clearly distinguish and manage financial settlements for retail franchise stores. VeryStar serves clients across the food & beverage, hospitality, and retail industries, including brands such as CoCo, Hyatt Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels, and MUJI. In 2024, verystar's ominiCRM won the Campaign Asian Annual Tech MVP and the Dingge Award.
